Can I view my medical information online?
Yes. Log in to MEDENT using the login information provided to you by our office. Be sure to create your own, secure password the first time you log in.
Does your office accept my insurance plan?
We participate with most insurance plans. If you have any questions regarding your insurance coverage, please call our billing department to verify that your visit will be covered by your insurance.
How long will I have to wait to get an appointment?
If you have an acute illness, please call our office and we will make every effort to give you an appointment on that day. Routine checkups can be scheduled within two to three weeks and comprehensive physical examinations are scheduled within three to four weeks in advance.
What services do you offer?
Our patients range in age from newborn to geriatric, so we offer age-appropriate examinations and immunizations. We see patients for acute illnesses and injuries and monitor chronic health conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure as well. Dr. Daniels sees patients during hospitalizations at Carlisle Regional Medical Center and at several local nursing homes, as well as at our office. He also performs in-office minor surgical procedures such as skin lesion removals and suturing of lacerations.
What should I do if I need medical care when the office is closed?
MDVIP members should call Dr. Daniels at his private number.

Yes. Rest assured that all the information you provide to our staff and doctor is kept in the strictest confidence. We believe an atmosphere of trust is essential in providing you with the best healthcare possible. Please review our Privacy Statement .
- Will I be charged if I cancel my appointment?
We confirm all appointments within 24 hours and we request the courtesy of a 48-hour cancellation of all appointments. However, we realize changes occur that may be beyond your control and may make an exception where we believe an exception is warranted.
